Green Fees Campaign

Student Assembly Endorses Collection of “Green Fees” to support sustainability on campus

Green Fees Bill passes 12-2-1 in the Student Assembly Senate in which it strongly encourages the Board of Visitors to endorse the addition of $15 per semester Green Fee to each student’s general fee.  The Student Assembly supports this commitment to sustainability with the goal of decreasing the environmental footprint of campus through decreases in energy consumption, increases in energy efficiency, and the advancement of sustainability and energy education for all students.  You can read the entire Student Assembly resolution HERE.
